This is a very rare Seiko wristwatch from the 1980s. The dial has a really striking design; I've never seen anything like it before. The strap is a rare Tissot one. The crystal has quite a few scratches, so the price is incredibly low. You can have it polished or replaced. A watchmaker can easily replace it for you. It's hand-rolled. It's in perfect working order.
