They are all Takara robot watches from the 80s.
The silver one is made of metal, and the other is made of plastic. 
They come as a set of two. The silver one works fine and has no problems
 with the buttons. The other one doesn't work. Even though it doesn't work, 
it's still quite valuable. They are traded at high prices in Japan. 
The boxes alone are traded at very high prices.
